1. What is Just Data?
Just Data is a mobile plan that only can be used for data to get internet access on your mobile device, without voice calls or text.
2. How much are the plans for Just Data?
The price for Just Data plans are as follows:

3. Will I receive any notification about my data usage?
No, you will not receive any SMS notifications when you have used up the data. However, you can monitor your data usage on the CARE+ app.
4. Can I purchase Add-ons for Just Data?
Yes, you can get Add-ons on Progresif CARE+ app. The price for Add-ons are:

5. Can I purchase more than one Add-on at a time?
Yes, you can. The Add-on will be used based on the one(s) you purchase first.
6. Will my Add-on renew every month?
Add-ons will not auto-renew, therefore you will need to purchase a new Add-on as needed.
7. Can I continue using my Just Data plan when I have used up my data?
No, you will not be able to use your plan to avoid any bill shock. You can continue using your plan by purchasing an Add-on.
8. Which Just Data plans are eligible to be bundled with NordVPN?
1. If you sign-up with a Just Data Plan bundle on any plans, you can get NordVPN at $6.99 on 12-month contract.
2. If you sign-up with Just Data Plan + Fibre Plan (1TB below) you can get NordVPN for $6.99
3. If you sign-up with Just Data Plan + Fibre Plan (1.5TB plan and above) you can get NordVPN for FREE NordVPN
You can purchase and register NordVPN standalone from CARE+ for $9.99/month or $59.99/year.
9. I am an existing Progresif customer on a contract. Can I get a Just Data Bundle plan?
If you have an existing contract on your mobile plan and wish to take up the bundle, your contract period will be refreshed, but please take note of the following:
I currently have a plan without a contract and wish to upgrade:
• There will be no processing fee as it is free.
• However, you are required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle.
I currently have a plan without a contract and wish to downgrade:
• There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee.
• You will also need to settle any past amount due before taking up the bundle.
I currently have a plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:
• You will be eligible for re-contracting after meeting certain terms or duration. This includes;
• After the last successful 15 months of $0 upfront device, and/or
• After the last successful 12 months of Low Upfront device purchase, and/or
• After the last successful 12 months of Handset Installment Plan
• You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
• You will be required also to pay off any remaining Handset Installment Plan dues (For devices under Installment / Contract)
• Your contract will revert as the first month of an 18-month contract

• You will be eligible for re-contracting after meeting certain terms or duration. This includes;
• After the last successful 15 months of $0 upfront device, and/or

• There will be a $100.00 penalty fee.
• You will be however required to pay any past due amounts before taking up the bundle
• You also need to settle any remaining Handset Instalment Plan due (For devices under Instalment / Contract).

10. How many Just Data Bundle plans can I sign up for?
You can only sign up to one Just Data Bundle plan at a time. Any existing bundles you will need to be settled before taking up a new bundle.
11. Where can I sign up for the Just Data Plan?
You can sign up at any Progresif Store and approach our Progresif Sales Agents or order it online on store.progresif.com and get free delivery.
12. My online purchase of the Just Data Bundle plan was successful, what happens next?
We will get in touch with you and will inform you on the next step for verification, payment and for you to claim your MiFi device.
13. What do I need to pay upfront when I sign up to Just Data?
You will need to pay one month’s rental in advance.
14. Will I be under a contract when I sign up for the Just Data plan?
No, however if you take up a MiFi device bundle, you will be contracted for 12 months.
15. What will happen if I decide to terminate my line before my contract is due?
You will have to pay the remaining rental fees based on the number of months left on your contract.
16. What do I need to present upon registration for the Just Data plan?
You must present valid original identity card at time of application and will be required to produce a valid photo-ID and proof address documentation.
17. How will I get my bill?
We have gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif Care+ app or sent directly to your email inbox.
18. Is this plan available if I'm a foreigner holding a Brunei-Issued Green IC?
Unfortunately, this bundle plan is only available for citizens and Permanent Residents of Brunei Darussalam.
