2. How do I buy the IDD Voice Pack?
You can buy the IDD Voice Pack through Progresif CARE+ app or by sending a SMS to 39123. Please make sure you have sufficient credit in your account.

4. Who can purchase IDD Voice Pack?
The IDD Voice Pack is available for Prepaid customers, include YO! Prepaid and Prepaid One Mobile.
5. After purchasing IDD Voice Pack, do I need to dial 089 before making the call?
No. After purchasing the IDD Voice Pack either to China, Hong Kong or Indonesia, you don’t have to dial 089 as long as within the allocated minute and validity.
6. How do I check the balance on my IDD Voice Pack?
You can check your balance on your IDD Voice Pack through Progresif CARE+ app or by dialing *177#.
7. Will I receive a notification when I have used up my IDD Voice Pack?
Yes, you will receive a notification when you have used up 100% of your IDD Voice Pack.
8. Can I buy more than one IDD Voice Pack at a time?
Yes, you can buy more than one IDD Voice Pack. The breakdown balance of your IDD Voice Packs will be shown.
9. Will I receive a notification when my IDD Voice Pack is expiring?
No. However, you can view your remaining minute and validity including the expiry date in the Progresif CARE+ app.
10. Will my IDD Voice Pack renew monthly?
No. IDD Voice Pack does not have an auto-renewal. You can buy or renew at any time.
11. What if I directly dial the international number without the IDD Voice Pack?
The standard IDD rates will apply. Please refer to Progresif IDD for the full list of IDD rates here.
12. What if the country I want to call is not listed in the IDD Voice Pack?
Countries that are not listed in the IDD Voice Pack will use the standard IDD rates. Please see the full list here.
13. Can I make a call using the IDD Voice Pack when I am roaming abroad?
IDD Voice Pack can only be used when calls are made from Brunei Darussalam.
