1. General
What is the CARE+ app?
The Progresif CARE+ app is the newly upgraded and revamped CARE app to help Progresif customers control and manage their accounts.
Where can I download the CARE+ app?
You can download the CARE+ app through the App Store for iOS users or Google Play Store for Android users.
Who can subscribe to CARE+?
All Progresif customers that have an account (Mobile and Home WiFi) will be able to register to CARE+.
Do I have to pay to register?
No, it is free to register to CARE+ for all Progresif customers.
Why should I download CARE+ if I have Care app already?
Besides being a newly revamped app from the existing Care app, CARE+ comes with handy features, such as a personalised home screen and multiple account management. It also features an easier way for you to switch plans from prepaid to postpaid, and introduces our loyalty programme, where you will be rewarded for paying their bills, purchasing add-ons and more.
What can I do with CARE+?
If you are an existing Postpaid customer, you can do the following:
- View your current balance for mobile and Home WiFi services
- View your usage breakdown by text, calls and data
- Pay your bills via credit or debit card
- Auto-billing
- Purchase Data Add-ons
- Purchase credit Top Ups
- View our latest promotions
- Purchase lifestyle/digital vouchers
- View your accumulated loyalty points
Do I need to register for multiple accounts if I have more than one Progresif line?
No, there is no need to register multiple accounts. You can register for one email account and you can link all your other numbers to it. You will be able to manage multiple numbers with one account.
2. Registration and Getting Started
Registration and linking primary number
Register:
Step 1: Click on ‘Create account’
Step 2: Enter your email and click 'Send Email Verification'. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to the email entered.
Step 3: Complete the details below:
• Choose a display photo
• Enter your display name
• Enter your new password
• Retype your password
• Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to the email you keyed in. You can select ‘Resend OTP' if you did not receive the authorisation code
Step 4: Click 'Register' to register for CARE+
Link Primary Number:
Upon registration, you are required to link your primary number for your CARE+ account.
Step 5: Enter the primary number you would like to link to your CARE+ account. Your primary number can be your mobile or Home WiFi number
Step 6: Click 'Request OTP'
Step 7: Complete the details below:
• Enter your display name
• Enter the OTP sent to the primary number you keyed in the previous page. For Home WiFi, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number linked to your Home WiFi account. You can select ‘Resend OTP' if you did not receive the OTP code
Step 8: Click Register to link your primary number to your CARE+ account
Linking your Home WiFi
Step 1: Click “Link New Number” on your dashboard
Step 2: Enter your fixed line (Home WiFi) number and click “Send SMS Verification”. A 6-digit SMS OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to your Home WiFi account
Step 3: Enter your display name for the Home WiFi you are trying to link
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number linked to your Home WiFi account. You can select 'Resend’ OTP if you did not receive the OTP code
Step 5: Click ‘Submit' to link your Home WiFi to your CARE+ account. Your Home WiFi plan will be displayed on your main dashboard.
Linking your mobile number
Step 1: Click “Link New Number” on your dashboard
Step 2: Enter the mobile number you want to link and click “Send SMS verification”. A 6-digit SMS OTP will be sent to the mobile number you entered
Step 3: Enter your display name for the number you are trying to link
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number keyed in the previous page. You can select ‘Resend’ OTP if you did not receive the OTP code
Step 5: Click “Submit” to link your mobile number to your CARE+ account. Your new mobile number will be displayed on your home dashboard.
3. Billing
Paying your Postpaid bill with your credit/debit card
Step 1: Go to your “My Bill” Page and click “Pay Bill”
Step 2: Enter your card details
Step 3: Click “Pay Securely” to proceed
Step 4: A confirmation pop-up will appear, Click “Confirm”
Step 5: A payment success screen will be shown. A receipt for your payment will be sent to your e-mail
Saving your credit/debit card
Step 1: Go to your “My Bill” Page and click “pay bill”
Step 2: Enter your card details
Step 3: Select “Save this card for faster checkout” to save your card details
Step 4: Click “Pay Securely” to proceed
Step 5: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click “Confirm”
Step 6: If payment is successful, a payment success screen will be shown, and your card details will be saved.
Setting up auto bill payment with your credit/debit card (Postpaid)
Step 1: Go to your “More” Page and click “My Payments”
Step 2: Tap the toggle to enable auto-billing. You must have a saved card to enable auto-billing.
Step 3: A confirmation pop up will appear, click “Yes”
By enabling the auto-billing option, you will be authorising Progresif to automatically debit your outstanding balance from your credit card or debit card account.
Your credit card or debit card will be charged on the 10th day of the month.
Changing Your Auto Billing Payment Card
Whether your cards that were saved for auto-billing have expired or you would like to change to another card, you can make those changes via CARE+.
Step 1: Go to your “My Bill” Page and click “Pay Bill”
Step 2: Choose the “Use a different card” option and enter your card details
Step 3: Select “Save this card for faster checkout” option
Step 4: Click “Pay Securely” to proceed
Step 5: A confirmation pop-up will appear, Click “Confirm”
Step 6: If payment is successful, a payment success screen will be shown, and your card details will be saved.
4. In App Lifestyle Purchases
Buying Vouchers
Step 1: Go to the “Lifestyle” Page and click on the voucher you would like to purchase
Step 2: Choose the voucher value
Step 3: Click on the “Buy for myself” and confirm the purchase on the pop-up message.
For Postpaid subscribers, the amount will be added to your monthly bill.
For Prepaid users, the amount will be deducted from your prepaid balance.
Buying gift vouchers for someone else
Step 1: Go to the “Lifestyle” Page and click on the voucher you would like to purchase
Step 2: Select a voucher value under “Choose an option”
Step 3: Click on “Buy as a gift”
Step 4: Enter the recipient details and click purchase. Upon confirmation of purchase, the recipient will receive an SMS with your personalised message and the gift card voucher code. The SMS will provide a link that will give further details on when and how the recipient can redeem the vouchers.
For Postpaid subscribers, the amount will be added to your monthly bill.
For Prepaid users, the amount will be deducted from your prepaid balance.
5. Loyalty
What is Progresif Perks?
Progresif is constantly seeking for ways to show our appreciation towards our customers, and we hope to be able to reflect this with Progresif Perks. Through Progresif Perks, our postpaid customers will be able to earn loyalty points when they pay their bills on CARE+.
How do I join Progresif Perks?
You will need to download the CARE+ app and register an account with us to join Progresif Perks. Only Postpaid customers will be able to accumulate loyalty points.
What is a loyalty point?
Loyalty points are points that you will be able to earn and accumulate when you pay your bills with Progresif on CARE+.
How can I earn my loyalty points?
You can start accumulating your loyalty points by paying your monthly Postpaid bill on the CARE+ app in order to advance from your current tier to the next tier. You will enjoy exclusive benefits depending on which tier you are in. There are currently four tiers, which are Nano, Mega, Giga and Tera.
How many tiers are there in Progresif Loyalty?
You can start accumulating your loyalty points by paying your monthly Postpaid bill on the CARE+ app in order to advance from your current tier to the next tier. You will enjoy exclusive benefits depending on which tier you are in. There are currently four tiers, which are Nano, Mega, Giga and Tera.
I have been upgraded to a higher tier. How long will it be valid for?
Once you have reached a new tier, it will be valid for 12 months. After 12 months, your tier membership will be reviewed to determine whether you have met the point accumulation to maintain your tier level. If you haven’t been able to accumulate the points allocated for your current tier, you will be downgraded to a lower tier.
How do I check how much loyalty points I have now?
It’s simple, just download the CARE+ app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have logged into the app, you’ll be able to view your loyalty points and current tier.
How long are my points valid for?
Every time you earn points from spending with us, your points will be valid for 90 days. Each time you pay your postpaid bill you will earn points and extend the validity of all points to 90 days. You will also be notified of the expiry of your points on the CARE+ app.
How do I go to the next tier?
Upon sufficient points, you will automatically be upgraded to the next tier. For now, you can start accumulating your loyalty points by spending with Progresif to climb up the next tier and enjoy loyalty membership benefits. All new members of Progresif Perks will start at Nano tier.
To upgrade to Mega, you must collect 150 Points within a 12-month period
To upgrade to Giga, you must collect 400 Points within a 12-month period
To upgrade to Tera, you must collect 800 Points within a 12-month period
My points have disappeared from my loyalty section. What happened?
